Where History Meets Flavor
L'Albergaccio, the oldest historical restaurant in Tuscany, was Niccolò Machiavelli’s favorite place of rest and conviviality during his exile. Since then, the restaurant has preserved its original spaces, rich in history and culture, blending them with modern and functional areas to create the perfect mix between past and present.
It was indeed in this very place that Machiavelli wrote his most famous work, "The Prince."

Testimonials
Proposing to Giulia at Borgo Machiavelli was the best decision I could have made. The unique atmosphere… the sunset… made the moment unforgettable. Thank you to the whole staff for the attention to detail!
A romantic dinner at Borgo Machiavelli was the perfect surprise for my husband’s birthday. The panoramic aperitif and gourmet menu gave us an unforgettable evening. Thank you so much for the care and hospitality!
We celebrated our tenth anniversary at the Borgo, and it was an extraordinary experience. We chose a private tour of the House Museum and an exclusive dinner in the cellars. A special thanks to the team for their professionalism and warmth.
