Our Cooking Class experience includes:

• Welcome glass

• Presentation and explanation of the program

• Guided tour of Niccolò Machiavelli's original house-museum, with extraordinary opening of the studio where he created the great Italian literary work "IL PRINCIPE". Visit to the Italian garden with a view of the Florence Cathedral

• Presentation of the necessary ingredients and preparation of Fresh Pasta, Ribollita, Panzanella, Pappa al pomodoro and Cantucci

The lunch:

At the end of the lessons, tasting your creations.

Appetizers:

• Bruschetta Lard and black cabbage.

• Fried courgette flowers.

Soup tasting:

• Reboiled.

• Tomato soup.

• Panzanella.

Fresh pasta:

• Chianti tagliatelle.

• Mugella tortelli with truffle.

Royal Salad:

• Salad with seasonal vegetables.

Dessert:

• Cantucci and Vin Santo.

Lunch will be accompanied by 3 wines of our production:

Certificate of attendance:

The cooking course ends with the delivery of a certificate and a small recipe book.
